FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. A distal cut is performed. The great saphenous vein is cut. A needle, connected with a syringe with the physiological solution is installed into the distal end, cut off for the vein bypass. After that, an additional 2 cm skin cut is performed more cranially from the distal cut with the exposure of the great saphenous vein trunk. Then a "bulldog" clamp is installed on the said segment, after which filling of the clamped segment of the autovein with the physiological solution is carried out, and the search and ligation of the tributaries of the great saphenous vein is performed by the rate of the physiological solution consumption. The procedure is repeated up to the sapheno-femoral junction through the extension of the additional cut.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate the arteriovenous discharge of blood from a bypass, does not require additional diagnostic equipment, is performed in miniinvasive way - from 2-3 small cuts on the hip.
