FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as a measurement system for non-invasive express diagnostics of multi-component biological media for detection of viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms. A microscope comprises a source of radiation, a focusing lens, a diaphragm and a cuvette for placement of the examined object, arranged along the optical axis, a matrix of photodetectors, an electronic-computing system, including a unit of processing, software and a PC. Additionally upstream the cuvette there is a filter to smoothen Gaussian distribution of a radiation beam and to produce even lighting along the beam cross section. The cuvette has a transparent flat input window. The output window of the cuvette has the shape of the hemisphere with a radius equal to the distance from the input to the output window of the cuvette. The matrix of photodetectors has the shape of the hemisphere, which is located in parallel to the output window of the cuvette, follows its shape and is rigidly connected to it.
EFFECT: preservation of identical light force along cuvette cross section and increased resolution of a DHM.
