FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical, petroleum and gas industries and may be used in production and processing of oil, gas and gas condensate. Proposed device comprises casing 1 to house assembly for receiving and spraying mix A, unions to discharge gas and fluid phases 4 and 6, respectively. Assembly for receiving and spraying said mix consists of shell ring, mix feed union, heat exchanger and mix flow rate adjuster. Mix feed union represents a tube, partially perforated and arranged in shell ring casing at heat exchanger center. Flow rate adjuster represents tubular assembly with tube drive mounted vertically or horizontally and aligned with mix feed union. Mix is fed into proposed device at preset temperature and pressure exceeding that of saturated vapors, and sprayed for low-boiling and evaporating components to be discharged therefrom. Simultaneously, sprayed flow is directed onto heat exchange surfaces to heat it to obtain preset relation between sprayed flow gas and fluid phases.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation at minimum costs, minor effects at environmental conditions.
