FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rotary crusher refers to loose product crushing devices and can be used in food industry or in fodder production. The crusher comprises a case-stator, a drive rotor, receiving, crushing and unloading chambers, a loading hopper. The inner stator surface and the rotor surface are provided with corrugated surfaces able of crushing the raw product. The corrugated surface on the stator is made in the rotor rotation direction from the receiving chamber to the unloading one. The directrix of the stator corrugated surface is set from the receiving chamber in angular spacing of not more than 90°, and the stator corrugated surface is made on one or more separate corrugated elements able of temporary attachment to the stator and provided with the possibility to change the distance between the working surfaces of the stator corrugated element and the rotor.

EFFECT: crusher allows for the optimisation of crushing process.
