FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: crusher comprises a casing on a supporting element (3) with shock absorbers (4) and a loading hopper. A drive rotor (6), loading (7), crushing (8) and unloading (9) chambers are installed in the casing cavity. The crushing chamber and the rotor are fitted by corrugated surfaces (10, 11). The casing comprises load-carrying part from steel and enclosing part (13) from plastics or fabric. The enclosing part can be insulated from the environment. The load-carrying part of the casing is presented by its ends. The ends are made from two coaxially set parallel flat disks with axial holes. The disks are rigidly connected to the circular rims outside. The rotor is installed between the disks. The rotor axis is fixed in the holes at the flat disks and can rotate. The rims are fixed at the supporting element and are symmetrically interconnected by longitudinal elements (20, 21) with the corrugated surfaces turned inwards. The rims interact with the corrugated surface of the rotor at crushing. The position of the rims is adjustable to a limited extent on the surface of the circular rim and in radial direction. The crusher cavity provides for the removal of dusty fractions by suction.
EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of device operation, simplified replacement of working members and their installation.
