FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding and flattening of a starting loose product. Device consists of a frame, engine with a drive, rigid and strong casing, fixed on a frame with two cylindrical rollers with corrugated surfaces inside the casing with the possibility of rotating them, and a loading hopper. Cogged elements are symmetrically fixed in the casing with the possibility of limited adjustment of position and interaction with the rollers. Rollers axes are equipped with gears in meshing with each other, and the drive is arranged to organize the reverse rotation of the rollers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding and flattening of a loose product is provided.
