FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical material based on polyacrylamide hydrogel contains, wt %: acrylamide - 0.9-8.2, N-N' methylene-bis-acrylamide - 0.1-1.8, hyaluronic acid - 0.1-2.0 and water - up to 100. In one version of the method, the presented material is produced by copolymerising the above components in the inert gas medium in the presence of a peroxide polymerisation initiator at temperature 69-74°C for 16-19 hours. According to the other version, hyaluronic acid hydrogel is mixed until smooth in the inert gas medium with medically applicable polyacrylamide gel produced of the respective amounts of acrylamide and N-N' methylene-bis-acrylamide and water in the presence of the peroxide polymerisation initiator.
EFFECT: producing the material stable to natural enzymes, macrophagues and phagocytes and having an adequately predictable degree of body absorption.
