FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of application of gas-thermal coating on the product surface comprises joint effecting the surface by the flow of abrasive and sprayed particles, with simultaneous impulse feeding of a flow of abrasive and sprayed particles using the detonation unit designed with two batchers for abrasive and sprayed particles which fed into a trunk of the named unit at a distance between feeding places 9 calibres of the trunk minimum. Abrasive particles are fed closer to a cut of the mentioned trunk.
EFFECT: increase of level of activation of sprayed surface that provides the essential increase of durability of adhesion of the first coat layers with the substrate.
