FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave energy absorbing coatings and can be used in electronic equipment. Method of producing microwave energy absorbing coating on metal surfaces of parts includes gas-thermal spraying of powder containing titanium dioxide, at that powder containing titanium dioxide is represented by powder consisting of 100 % of polymorphous titanium dioxide – rutile, while sputtering is performed by detonation method to produce coating containing rutile phase as absorbing microwave energy.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of non-defect coatings on surfaces of parts with high absorbing capacity, adhesion strength and low porosity.
