METHOD OF PREDICTING CLINICAL COURSE OF CHRONIC EROSIVE GASTRITIS, ASSOCIATED WITH Helicobacter pylori Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2545997 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to medical diagnostics, and describes a method of predicting the clinical course of chronic erosive gastritis, associated with Helicobacter pylori. The method includes the determination of free and bound water in ferment elements of the patient's blood and the calculation of the hydration coefficient C, equal to the ratio of bound water to free water. If the difference of coefficients before and after treatment is less than 0.06, then the risk of development of chronic erosive gastritis exacerbation in the patient within a year is predicted, which requires timely preventive procedures, and if the difference of coefficients before and after treatment is 0.06 and more, then the stable remission of the disease in the patient is predicted.

EFFECT: method ensures the simplification of predicting the clinical course of chronic erosive gastritis, associated with Helicobacter pylori, has low invasiveness, better tolerance, low prime cost and can be applied in gastroenterology.
