SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology and methods for stabilising bone structures. There are used two expandable elements. A first expandable element and separately the second one in the compressed position are inserted into a vertebral body or inside the other bone structure. The expandable elements are expanded that leads to forming the first and second cavities inside the bone structure. Then, the first expandable element is compressed again with keeping the second expandable element in the expanded condition. The first expandable element is removed, and a curable material is supplied into the first cavity. A second curable element is compressed and removed. The curable material is supplied into the second cavity. A bone structure height is reconstructed by expanding both expandable element and kept throughout the procedure by means of the second expandable element first with supplying the curing material into the first cavity, and them by the curing material in the first cavity during removing the second expandable element.
EFFECT: method enables reconstructing and supporting a height of the vertebral body or the other bone structure.
