SUBSTANCE: first and second expandable elements in compressed position to first and second points inside bone structure. Expandable elements are expanded that leads to forming the first and second cavities inside the bone structure. Then, the first expandable element is compressed again with keeping the second expandable element in the expanded condition. First expandable element is removed, and a curable material is supplied into the first cavity. Second curable element is compressed and removed. Curable material is supplied into the second cavity. Bone structure height is reconstructed by expanding both expandable element and kept throughout the procedure by means of the second expandable element first with supplying the curing material into the first cavity, and them by the curing material in the first cavity during removing the second expandable element.
EFFECT: method enables avoiding intra-and postoperative complications.
