FIELD: physics, video.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television systems, particularly studio equipment, and a radiation-resistant camera. The camera is designed for monitoring in environments with intense ionising radiation, primarily neutron radiation and gamma-radiation. The disclosed radiation-resistant camera comprises a unit (10) with an electronic image sensor (11) and a lens unit (13). The camera unit (10) is placed in an anti-radiation case (18) which has an opening (26) which enables transmission of light to the image sensor (11). Furthermore, the camera unit (10) is connected to a heat-absorbing cooling element (20), which removes heat from said unit (10). The camera is mounted on a mobile support (46) to enable independent inclination and rotary displacement thereof.
EFFECT: high reliability of operating a camera when monitoring the environment in neutron radiation conditions.
