FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: drying is controlled by measurement of frequency of a self-contained generator, the frequency setting circuit of which includes electrodes of a capacitive pickup, which control some part of a biopreparation, which is contained at its bottom, and height of this portion is 0.05 to 0.2 of height of the preparation in the pickup. At freezing and sublimation stages, a value of dielectric permeability of the biopreparation between electrodes is determined as per frequency of the self-contained generator, and a share of a liquid phase in a frozen biopreparation at the bottom is determined as per the above value. At a final drying stage, movability of charges of macromolecules of the preparation being dried is controlled as per frequency of the self-contained generator. Maximum of the self-contained generator frequency corresponds to minimum of movability of charges of macromolecules of the biopreparation and its optimum residual humidity.
EFFECT: possible interruption of a final drying process at the point of time when frequency of a self-contained generator has passed through maximum and starts decreasing.
