FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for stabilizing erythrocytic diagnostic agents by cool dehumidification. Before freezing and lyophilization, the diagnostic agents are centrifuged and the sediment is resuspended in an equal volume of drying medium. After that one should freeze drugs at a temperature of minus (40±1)°C; the time for removing not only free, but also bound water in the drug, during lyophilization, is reduced due to deep vacuum - 15-20 Pa, smooth (up to 25°C) heat supply and low condenser temperature - minus 80-90°C, so thawing and foaming of the drug is eliminated.
EFFECT: invention increases the shelf life of the drug while maintaining its quality characteristics under cost-effective lyophilization conditions (12-13 hours).
