FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: multiphase switching device comprises several interrupting (1, 2, 3) units. The interrupting units (1, 2, 3) correspond to a phase of the power supply system and have the first and second hollow cylindrical holders (5, 6) of contact elements shaped as cartouches. Between the cylindrical holders (5, 6) of contact elements there is a respective section (8) for switching of the interrupting unit (1, 2, 3). To the first cylindrical holders (5) of contact elements at least one beam (11, 11a, 12) is fixed from the side of lateral surface so that the interrupting units (1, 2, 3) can be fixed towards each other.
EFFECT: development of multiphase switching device having high dielectric strength at minimised dimensions.
