SUBSTANCE: press mould includes a matrix (2) designed in the form of a vessel with a cavity that is turned upwards and intended to accommodate meat, a lid (6) for the said cavity closure and movement inside the receptacle hole, pushing resilient means (46) for pushing the lid (6) for pressing the meat contained inside the matrix cavity (2) and counteracting elements (45) attached to the matrix (2). Additionally, the press mould contains engagement elements (5) the lower ends whereof are determined by plates (43) movable in the vertical direction relative to the matrix (2) and positioned below under the corresponding counteracting elements (45). The engagement elements (5) are designed so that to be able to engage the lid (6) to ensure retention preventing the lid (6) separation from the engagement elements (5). The pushing resilient means (46) are positioned outside on the sides of the matrix (2), each installed separately under counteracting elements (45) and the corresponding plates (43).

EFFECT: invention enables separate performance of actions pertaining to the lid closure and those pertaining to stacking.
