FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device to fastening and tightening two sections of a soft strip, in particular, two sections (15a, 15b) of a soft strip forming a belt, equipped with connection means. According to the invention, such connection means (1) contain a buckle end element (2), intended for attachment to the strip first section (15a), and the buckle side element (3) intended for interconnection with the said two elements (2, 3) of the buckle during operations of fastening and tightening by means of sequential introduction beginning from the said side element (3) of the buckle through the back aperture (9) of the said side element (3) of the buckle and the front aperture (8) of the said side element (3) of the buckle for ensuring flexion in the form of an overall S-shape with three parts (15b1, 15b2 and 15b3) overlapped on each other.
