SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in orthopaedics and traumatology for the relief of spine segments in case of diseases and post-traumatic changes. A belt for spine relief includes a support element and belts with fasteners from textile pile fabric Velcro. The support element is made in the form of the artificial spine, composed from rods with a material with a small value of an elasticity modulus. Ends of the rods are rigidly installed in holes of bushings in such a way that along the longitudinal axis the rods alternate with the bushings, in each of which rigidly fixed is a rib with console sections, directed upward and from the bushing axis in the area above the waist, and downward and from the bushing axis - in the area below the waist. The rod, made from a material with the larger value of the elasticity modulus, is pressed into the lower end of the lowest bushing. Cuts, through which the belts with the fasteners from textile pile fabric Velcro are passed, are made in the ribs.

EFFECT: invention increases the quality of spine relief due to bearing the load by the belt for the spine relief on a larger section of the vertebral column and reduction of the effort of the belt tightening with the preservation of the patient's mobility.
