SUBSTANCE: invention refers to an applicator for cosmetic and/or medical applications. The applicator comprises an applicator element (9) for applying a substance (27) in a substance chamber (25) on a skin or body area; the applicator (1) comprises an applicator portion (2) with an upper portion (8) of the body and a vibration portions (3) with a lower part (4) of the body; the lower part (4) of the body comprises a power supply (5) actuated vibroelement (10), vibrations of which transferred onto the upper portion (8) of the body, and the applicator element (9); the upper part (8) of the body comprises an activator (20, 22) for heat or cold generation; heat or cold is transferred onto the substance (27) from the substance chamber (25); the applicator element (9) is shaped as a ball (11) or a roller-like element arranged in the notch (12) formed by a hollow section (21) of a wall of the upper portion (8) of the body; the substance chamber (25) adjoins the opposite wall (11) or the roller-like element alongside the section (21) of the wall; the substance (27) is delivered through the section (21) of the wall towards the ball (11); the substance chamber (25) in the upper portion (8) of the body is formed by the hollow section (21) of the wall and a wall (19) away from the hollow section (21) of the wall, the activator (20, 22) is arranged alongside the wall (19) facing the substance chamber (25).

EFFECT: creating such applicator that the cosmetic and/or medical substance delivered onto the skin or body area in need of care or treatment is applied in the form of the cooling or heating substance, and a gentle vibro massage is given at the same to activate the lymphatic system.
