A traffic flow provider is configured to provide a traffic flow packet of a first packet type containing a programme correlation table and information about access restriction, which comprises in formation about a key for decrypting encrypted media information, wherein the programme correlation table contains links between a programme number and a packet type identifier for an additional traffic flow packet of a second packet type; and the traffic flow provider is configured to provide a traffic flow packet of a second packet type such that the traffic flow packet of a second packet type contains a link to packet type identifiers for traffic flow payload packets which describe content of different content types in digital media information.
