FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in a steam generator, at each housing bottom there are manifold chambers for supply and discharge of a heating coolant; with that, some part of tubes of a heat exchange surface is connected to the manifold chambers for supply and discharge of the heating coolant, which are located at one bottom, and the other part is located at the second bottom respectively so that compartments are formed; besides, throughout the height, heat exchange tubes are arranged in layers with alternation as to sections so that layers of hot or cold branches of one section are arranged between layers of cold or hot branches of the other section.
EFFECT: designing of a steam generator in a proposed manner allows aligning an evaporation mirror load, which provides obtainment of the required parameters as to humidity of generated steam, improving reliability and thermal effectiveness of operation of a steam generator.
