FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: cutting plate is intended for installation and securing in the cutting tool casing, and has cutting part with cutting blade and fixture. On side view the cutting blade is made C-type with additional fixture, at that both securing parts have wedge shape in longitudinal and transverse directions, and are made mirror, between the securing parts a lower support surface is made for interaction with the support wall of the cutting tool casing, at that on the cutting part at least two additional blades are made, and between the cutting blades there are grooves for shaving. The cutting tool contains casing with rotation axis, in it the sockets are made, each socket is intended for the cutting plate installation and securing. At that the socket is located at end of the casing and has three slots along its axis of rotation and creating two resilient parts, at that outermost slots are intended for securing parts of the cutting plate installation, and are made wedge-shape in longitudinal and transverse directions, and between the outermost slots the support wall is installed to interact with the cutting plate.

EFFECT: increased productivity due to increased number of cutting blades.
