SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment. An asymmetrical off-axially emitting fibre-optical device for medical procedures comprises at least one optical fibre having a curved end section arranged on a distal end and inclined at an angle to a long axis of the above optical fibre; and a casing welded to the above curved end section of the optical fibre.
EFFECT: using the given invention enables increasing a rate of tissue elimination in laser treatment.
