FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: disperse material is dried in cylindrical-conical drying aggregate, flow rate and humidity source disperse material fed to the dryer, humidity of dried disperse material, moisture content, heat carrier temperature and flow rate in both coaxial and tangential direction, consumed power of fans, heaters and UHF emitters are measured, drying progress data are sent to a microprocessor that determines optimum control modes by a preset algorithm on the basis of material and heat balance conditions, where drying process control mode is corrected in three levels. At the first level, temperature of either coaxial or tangential heat carrier flow is adjusted upon deviation of current moisture content in dried disperse material from the set value; at the second level, flow rate of either coaxial or tangential heat carrier flow is modified if temperature adjustment at the first level has not achieved required humidity of dried disperse material; at the third level, power of UHF emitters is modified if actions of the first two levels have not achieved required humidity of dried disperse material; optimum control modes are determined by maximisation of performance rate function for drying aggregate.
EFFECT: enhanced control accuracy and reliability in optimum ranges of regimen parameter variations, ie reduced time lag of control.
