FIELD: drying procedure.

SUBSTANCE: in method of automatic control of dispersed materials drying process in drying plant of vortex type with supply of microwave energy, which stipulates measurement of flow rate and humidity of initial material that is supplied to drying chamber, humidity of dried material, temperatures of drying agents, drying is carried out by means of registration of information from detectors that measure parameters of initial and dried material, and also of consumed power of magnetron and heater, which is sent to microprocessor. Microprocessor sets task for temperature mode in drying chamber and carries out correction of drying modes at three levels: at the first level for achievement of preset final humidity of dried material microwave energy is affected, at the second - voltage of heater heating elements power supply circuit is affected, at the third level flow rate of initial material is measured.

EFFECT: intensification of drying process and reduction of its power inputs, increase of dried material quality, and also of accuracy and reliability of control.
