FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food, chemical and related industries and can be applied in heat and mass exchange processes, particularly in disperse material drying. Device for disperse material drying in swirling flow of heat carrier with UHF energy supply includes cylindrical-conical drying chamber with opening in the top part of drying chamber for spent heat carrier mix and dried disperse material removal, tangential pipe for tangential heat carrier flow feed, pipe for humid disperse material feed, pipe for axial heat carrier flow feed, swirler installed concentrically along chamber axis in the lower chamber part and featuring product retaining grate in case of the dryer shutdown. Novelty is constituted by installation of humid disperse material feed pipe in a device of spiral form, positioned in the lower part of cylindrical-conical drying chamber, and concentric installation of UHF emitter (magneton) above cylindrical part of cylindrical-conical drying chamber so that maximum density of electromagnetic flux is focused in the swirling annular layer of dried disperse material particles.

EFFECT: improved quality of disperse material dried.
