FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of windmill turbine blades from polyurethane. In compliance with this process injection mould is made for production of polyurethane blade at location of windmill. Isocyanate and reactive components are fed by automated mechanism of injection moulding (RIM) into the mould. The latter is closed, squeezed and heated to get hardened polyurethane. Polyurethane blade is mounted at windmill.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the production of blades.
