FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of providing one or more thermosetting polymer materials on an object, said method comprising at least the following steps: providing a thermoplastic polymer composition having a viscosity of >10 Pa⋅s at room temperature containing at least one cross-linkable thermoplastic polyurethane material; subsequent heating of polymer composition to achieve a liquid cross-linkable polymer composition having viscosity below 4 Pa⋅s, subsequent application of polymer composition on object using spraying, vortex or extrusion nozzle, and wherein application is carried out during movement of object and/or nozzle with creation of object, at least partially coated with said polymer composition; further cooling the at least partially coated object to room temperature and, optionally, repeating one of said steps; then performing cross-linking selected from curing by radical mechanism, curing of UV and/or thermal treatment to convert cross-linked polymer material into thermosetting polymer material.
EFFECT: this method of providing thermosetting polymer material on the object enables to exclude the use of adhesives, as well as to rule out the probability of the collapsible thermoplastic polyurethane materials sagging during spraying.
