FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, namely to topology of self-organising communication networks for transmission of confidential information between various electronic devices. The result is achieved due to that the following actions are performed: each transition level node of the hierarchical communication network is additionally added by P pre-disabled software and hardware tools for information security; a hierarchical communication network is pre-set which is designed as an oriented connected loop-free graph without parallel edges, the topology of which is represented as two matrixes of incidence of direct and return flow; a discrete optimising problem of structurally functional synthesis is formed by the criterion: minimum deficiency between the required and real values of probability of unauthorised access for a malefactor to data through access level units and maximum throughput in access level units to information resources of kernel level units; the created task is reduced to continuous by adding of additional idempotent restrictions to an integrality which further is solved taking into account the restrictions to incidence of access level units to one edge of the graph using a gradient relaxation method with application of method of penalty functions.

EFFECT: increase of security of the data transmitted in a hierarchical communication network without significant drop of information transmission rate.
