FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, specifically to technology of making laminar composite materials. Blade is made by laying cut prepreg sheets of stacks of open circuit of shell using laser projection of position of sheets in stack, fixing them on reference beacons and point tacking of sheets in packet. Then placing stack of shell and lining in mould and performing polymerisation when heating stack.
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using method according to invention consists in ensuring rigidity of dimensional chain in position of prepreg sheets in a stack and reduced labour intensity of laying, and ensuring stability of linear-weight characteristics of blades in serial production.
