SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities for check of bank-notes and general control of false bank-notes. In the method the bank-note input is detected by means of the bank-note detection module; it checks, whether the entered bank-note is a false bank-note; the information on a false bank-note is obtained including the serial number of the bank-note, precisely identified as a false bank-note and the information on a false bank-note including the serial number is communicated to the false bank-note control system through the communication module when the command is entered for transmission of the report on a false bank-note pre-set by the user. As far as the information on the false bank-notes which are precisely identified as false by financial institutions, enters as a data to the central bank for storage and control of these data during processing of bank-notes.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability of processing of false bank-notes.
