Technical result of the invention is to increase values of relative permittivity ε 33 T / ε 0 = 13500 16460 while maintaining high values of piezoelectric module |d31|=131-156 pC/N, and the electromechanical coupling coefficient under planar vibration mode Kp=0.19-0.24. Piezoelectric ceramic material based on lead titanate comprises wt.%: PbO 65.61-65.92, Nb2O5 19.28-20.56, TiO2 6.19-7.46, BaO 2.37-2.38, MgO 0.61-0.68, NiO 3.46-3.64, ZnO 0.89-0.95.

EFFECT: increasing the values of relative permittivity and electromechanical coupling coefficient of the planar vibration mode.
