FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: piezoceramic material, through its composition, relates to solid solutions of the system PbTiO3-PbZrO3-PbNi1/3Nb2/3O3-PbZn1/3Nb2/3O3, containing as dopants SrO, WO3, Bi2O3 and CdO, with the following ratio of components, wt %: PbO 66.94-67.42, ZrO2 11.42-11.96, TiO2 9.02-9.43, SrO 0.35-0.40, WO3 0.16-0.27, Bi2O3 0.49-0.65, CdO 0.12-0.21, Nb2O5 8.18-8.39, ZnO 0.78-0.84, NiO 1.58-1.75.
EFFECT: producing piezoceramic material with higher dielectric and piezoelectric parameter values while maintaining sintering temperature thereof.
