FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soft ferroelectric piezoceramic materials for ultrasonic devices operated in detection mode, a variety of piezoelectric detectors as well as monolith-type such as multilayer piezoelectric actuators. Piezoceramic material of invention is composed of, wt %: PbO 64.05-64.52, ZrO2 19.11-20.30, TiO2 10.92-11.52, SrO 1.54-2.25, WO3 0.23-0.62, Bi2O3 0.72-1.87, CdO 0.59-1.18, Ni2O3 0.08-0.25, wherein four latter oxides are additionally used according to invention.
EFFECT: improved electrophysical parameters.
