FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: optical detector of pressure difference contains casing element with support surfaces, two chambers, resilient elements, rod, fibre optic cables, relative to their ends at some distance the reflecting surface is created. The resilient elements are secured co-axially relatively to each other. Axes of the fibre optic cables are at right angle to the reflecting surface, at that axes' continuations of the specified fibre optic cables cross the left and right borders. Directions of displacements of the reflecting surface coincide with axis of each of the resilient elements. The resilient elements are made out of monocrystal silicon. The Structural elements are made out of materials with close coefficients of thermal expansion.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of optical detector of pressure difference.
