SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports medicine, therapeutic exercises, physical rehabilitation, particularly enables explaining the characteristics of individual's muscular tension coordination accompanying the upright adjustment. The stabilometrical examination is conducted by the combined examination of intramuscular and intermuscular coordination. An intramuscular coordination value of the individual's upright adjustment is a level of coordinated intramuscular tensions and relaxations, which is a mean cross-amplitude-frequency characteristics (cross AFC_{3 max vertical}) of the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd maxima of the amplitude-frequency characteristics in the vertical component of spectral deviation analysis of the common pressure centre, (kg*Hz)^1/2. An intermuscular coordination value of the individual's upright adjustment is a synergy level expressed by the relation of an equilibrium function value (EFV), standard units to the above intramuscular coordination value of the individual's upright adjustment (kg*Hz)^1/2.

EFFECT: method enables deriving the quantitative measure of the intramuscular and intermuscular coordination accompanying the vertical body balance.
