FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention consists in perfection of safety ring and welding appliance to be used ay welding/jointing with fittings of sandwiched pressure-and-corrosion-resistant plastic pipes of minimized oxygen permeability and heat expansion. Welding machine comprises safety ring enveloping the pipe end surface to make an impermeable barrier, heating resistance plate to hear components to fusion point. Heating rod covers welding adapter with chamber for fused plastic. Internal welding adapter with chamber for fused plastic serves for heating of fitting. Centring tongue of internal and external welding adapters is located at welding machine resistance plate for centring both said adapters in the same direction. Screw is used to secure internal welding adapter at external welding adapter. Fastening bolt serves to secure the internal welding adapter at heating rod. Steel spring serves to facilitate the heating rod removal.

EFFECT: higher tightness of weld joint.
