FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety of gas turbine carriers that run on, for example, natural gas. This system comprises at least one isolated room with gas hardware, gas sensor, inlet and outlet devices for gas equipment isolation, at least one throttle arranged at compressed air line and controlled sealer of gas equipment to connect gas hardware with atmosphere. This system is equipped with electronic control device with input connected with every gas sensor and output connected with every inlet and outlet gas hardware isolation devices, every said sealer and every electro-pneumatic shut off valve. Said every electro-pneumatic shut off valve is arranged at compressed air line upstream of isolated room between at least one constant-pressure regulator and said throttle. Inlet of said one constant-pressure regulator is connected with isolation device, at least one compressed air tank and at least one compressor. Proposed method consists in the following. Combustible gas concentration in said room with gas hardware is recorded. When gas concentration approximate the tolerable level gas feed is shut off, gas exhaust is shut off while gas hardware is communicated with atmosphere. Simultaneously, compresses is feed is activate via at least one throttle into said isolate room with gas equipment.
EFFECT: higher reliability, efficiency and safety.
