SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bulk material drying equipment and can be used for drying of fruits, vegetables, berries, as well as for the production of dried mushrooms, greens, etc. In a drier containing a housing with a loading bunker and a belt conveyor arranged inside it, shutoff valves, a driving drum, turning rollers, intermediate rollers, heating elements, inspection holes, guides, an accumulator, a new feature is that as the heating elements there used are UHF radiators, with that, the UHF radiators and a slot-type waveguide are fixed in the upper part of the drier above the belt conveyor, and under the conveyor there arranged are UHF energy absorbers; the belt conveyor is provided with a control device of the height of a bed of the product supplied for drying; the drier is split-type, where the upper part is movable and made in the form of a cover plate, and the lower one is stationary.

EFFECT: proposed vacuum drier allows improving the quality of dried material owing to increasing the content of valuable components in the finished product, intensifying athe drying process due to using UHF energy; reducing energy consumption to perform the drying process.
