METHOD OF PRODUCING DISPERSION PARTICLES Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B82B1/00

Abstract RU 2548225 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of dispersion particles based on different materials, which can be used to make different functional articles and devices. The method of producing dispersion particles consisting of a core and an envelope includes forming non-bulk density and configuration of chemical bonds of atoms in adjacent monolayers of the core and envelope. The non-bulk density and configuration of chemical bonds of atoms are formed owing to the turning and elastic change of the length of interatomic bonds during atomic assembly of the envelope layer after layer in non-equilibrium conditions.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain dispersion particles with individual properties which enable use thereof in corresponding devices.
