FIELD: mechanical engineering; devices for transmission of rotation at transformation of speed based on use of mechanism provided with wobbler plate. SUBSTANCE: speed transducer includes transmitting unit consisting of holder and wobbler plate embracing each other; it is provided with races with balls between them; proposed device is also provided with units for excitation of precession of wobbler plate and additional member; wobbler plate is connected with additional member by means of unit transmitting rotation between misaligned shafts. Additional member and precession excitation unit are made in form of coaxial holders which are coaxial relative to holder of transmitting unit; all holders are connected together forming single unit by means of bearings. Holder of precession excitation unit is found on side free from races. Side surfaces of holder and wobbler plate are provided with circular groove and circular projection engageable together; two rolling solids of revolution are introduced between projection and wall of groove on one side of wobbler plate and between opposite side of projection and opposite wall of groove on diametrically opposite side.
