FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: driven shaft consists of coupling tied through flange with roller by means of spline connection. The second end of the roller is coupled with a hinge cage by means of the spline connection. An internal cavity of the hinge cage is protected with a cover from the side of the roller, while it is protected with a plug from the back side; mount portion of the plug has a cylinder shape. As a hinge there is used a hinge of equal angular velocity with angular and axial set off; balls of the hinge are arranged in straight elliptical raceways of its cage restricted with generating cylinder surface of the internal cavity of this cage. The splines of the driven shaft roller in its connection with the flange of the coupling and with the hinge cage are made evolvent spiral, while splines "a" of the coupling flange and splines "b" of the hinge cage are made evolvent straight. The cover of the hinge is made out of synthetic material of hardness not below 80 units by Shore. A mount groove for a strengthening ring is made on surface of the cover. A restricting washer is rolled over under the mount portion of the cover on the hinge cage. The plug of the hinge cage of the driven shaft is totally made out of heat resistant plastic.
EFFECT: raised reliability and service life of driven shaft.
