FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of mortars. Proposed vibrator comprises driven housing resiliently mounted on the bed. Said housing is shaped to torus with curvilinear helical surface made up of curvilinear seats. Note here that said housing consists of sections each being shaped to circular sector composed of strip to make different-size quadrangles with two parallel fold lines arranged on strip at equal distances from each other and parallel with each other. Note here that said strip is coiled, curved seats being arranged along rind edges. Note also that said sections are jointed together by the sides of said quadrangles making hollow case. Besides, helical lines and inner helical surfaces in the form of curved seats are made at acute angle to housing axis on inner and outer surfaces. Said seat differ in shape and sizes. Note here that distances between folding lines are equal and make the sum of perimeters of inner surface seats.

EFFECT: expanded performances, decreased overall dimensions.
