SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method relevant to SCR systems for exhaust gases purification. The method relevant to SCR systems for exhaust gases purification includes following two phases: phase of making decision concerning necessity (exhaust gases flow termination) to cool reducing agent batching module (250) which is a part of SCR system by means of reducing agent being supplied to the module, and phase of prediction of temperature profile of the mentioned batching module (250) as the basis for making decision concerning mentioned necessity and proper prediction of weather predetermined temperature of batching module (250) is achieved after exhaust gases flow termination or not. Also, the proposed invention relates to computer software product containing program code (P) for computer (200; 210) designed for implementation of the method according to the invention. Besides, invention relates to SCR system and vehicle equipped with such SCR system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of SCR system and lower risk of batching module overheating in SCR system after exhaust gases flow termination.
