FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a set of flat round measuring loops which are rigidly fixed on an extendable frame, positioning system, a periodic current generator and a uniform magnetic field radiating source connected to it, a synchronisation impulse shaper, a differentiation and reconstruction circuit. The measurement circuits are inductively connected with the uniform magnetic field radiating source and designed as inductance coils located in parallel with reference to each other, and their sizes are set so that each measuring circuit bent envelopes the boundaries of the sphere circumscribed around the studied volume. The positioning system consists of two step engines: zenith and azimuthal inclinations.

EFFECT: obtaining of the image of internal structure of ferromagnetic product on the basis of reconstructed distribution of differentiated density of magnetic flux where extrema of B'x, B'y, B'z indicate the localisation of interface boundaries.
