FIELD: information and measurement technology, specifically, magnetometry. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consisting in generation of distribution of vector function of magnetic induction in space and time is achieved by manufacture of magnetosensitive element in the form of two narrow rectangular circuits orthogonally oriented in space and in presentation of tested volume in the form of assemblage of parallel sections where magnetic induction is distributed with the help of procedure of computer tomography applied to voltages induced in correspondence with Faraday's law in circuits moving in magnetic field. Resulting distribution per each of three components of vector function of magnetic induction in space is presented in the form of quadrature matrix comprised of n lines and n columns, each element of matrix being value of component of vector of magnetic induction averaged within limits of element of area. As result magnetic flux Fj, threading circuit is sum of fluxes arranged along circuit of elements of area with corresponding values of induction per each j-th measurement.
