FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Method of explosion protection of explosive objects, consisting in the fact that installation is carried out in the enclosing structures of the building, in which explosive and fire hazardous equipment is functioning, explosion-proof elements, explosive and fire-dangerous equipment is installed on the foundation of the building, and in the lateral and upper fences of the industrial building, explosion-proof elements are made, and for side fences, explosion protection elements are arranged in the form of safety collapsing structures of the fencing of buildings, and for upper enclosures – in form of explosion-proof boards on roof or attic floor of building with explosive objects located therein, explosion-proof elements are made in the form of an explosion-proof plate containing a metal armored frame with a metal armored shell and a filler-lead that has four fixed pipe-supports in the ends, and four support rods are rigidly embedded in the building cover, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipe-supports of the panel, additional elements are attached to the ends of the support rods, on the side facing the metal armored frame, damping effect of the shock wave, made in the form of a truncated cone, the smaller base of which is directed towards the explosion-proof plate, with additional elements made of elastomer, for example polyurethane, or made by combined, for example, elastic-damping, in the form of an elastic element, for example a conical spring filled with polyurethane. Between the additional elements and the metal frame with armored metal lining, support bushings are mounted on the support rods from a rapidly disintegrating material, for example glass, such as triplex, the safety breaking structure of the building fence contains rigidly fixed in it, at least, three elastic bars with stops at the free ends, on which the armored screen is fixed for free landing, and a protective screen is attached to the bottom of the screen to collect fragments of the collapsing fencing structure in the event of an emergency, while between the armored screen and stops there are safety elastic elements made in the form of combined vibration isolators containing an array of elastomer having a toroidal shape and consisting of two coaxially arranged, equidistant and congruent, axisymmetric hermetic cavities formed by the outer and inner walls, inside of which two hermetic cavities are located, in one of which a cylindrical helical spring is installed.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of personnel in highly explosive premises.
