METHOD OF EXPLOSIVE OBJECTS EXPLOSIVE PROTECTION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E04B1/92

Abstract RU 2632599 C1

FIELD: blasting works.

SUBSTANCE: install the explosion-proof elements in the enclosure. In the side and top process building enclosures the explosion-proof elements are made in the form of the safety breaking structures of the buildings enclosure and in the form of the explosion-proof plates on the roof or attic floor of the building. The explosion-proof elements are made in the form of the explosion-proof plate, which has four fixed support sleeves at the ends, and four support rods are rigidly embedded in the building cover, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipe-supports of the panel. The support rods are made as elastic, the explosion-proof elements are made in the form of the safety breaking structures of the buildings enclosure, containing the reinforced concrete panels, each of which consists of the breakable and unbreakable parts. The unbreakable part is made in the form of the bearing ribs, placed along the contour of the breaking part, and the breaking part is made in the form of at least two coaxially located recesses in the wall of the building, one of which, external, is formed by the planes of the regular quadrilateral truncated pyramid with the rectangular base, and the other, internal, consists of two inclined surfaces, joined by the edge to form the groove. To the support rods ends, which are telescopically inserted into the fixed support sleeves of the explosion-proof plate from the side, facing the metal armored frame, the additional elements damping the impact of the shock wave are attached, which are made in the form of the truncated cone, the smaller base of which is directed towards the explosion-proof plate, besides, the additional elements made of elastomer, for example polyurethane, or additional elements are made combined, for example, elastic-damping, in the form of the elastic element, for example the conical spring, filled with polyurethane. To the support rods ends, from the side facing the metal frame, the additional elements damping the impact of the shock wave are attached, and between the additional elements and the metal frame with the armored metal lining, the bushings of disposable material, for example the "triplex" glass type, are mounted on the support rods. The safety breaking structures of the building enclosure contains the rigidly fixed on it at least three elastic rods with the stops at free ends, on which the armored screen is fixed with the loose fit. The safety elastic elements are placed between it and the stops, and the protective screen to collect the enclosure breaking structures fragments in the emergency case is attached to the bottom part of the screen.

EFFECT: increase of the personnel work reliability in the explosive premises.
