FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: barrier comprises stands deepened into road surface soil and connected in pairs by mobile barrier elements mounted on them. The latter are made in the form of horizontal strips from resilient steel bent according to multi-wave sinusoidal curves with the help of units creating longitudinal compression by critical forces of higher order. The unit to create longitudinal compression of each strip represents threaded pins fixed on one of sides of the strip and the adjacent stand with equal direction of thread, connected by their free ends with the help of a bushing screwed onto them.
